Precision SMT Pick and Place

Proven reliable technology

The Neoden 4 pick and place has existed in several versions for years, and is a proven workhorse at small startups, big labs and universities. Now, NeodenUSA has refined the user interface for use in America and combined Neoden’s latest advancements in cameras, software and feeder technology into the best version of the machine yet.

Large numbers of components
Accommodates up to forty-eight 8mm tape feeders, five vibration tube feeders and ample room for waffle trays or short tapes.
Easy to use interface
Windows based operating system running on an internal PC that gives you access to every parameter of the operation in an intuitive user interface.
Vision System
A selectable upward looking camera scans each part to ensure it is properly held to the nozzle, and automatically corrects any misalignment in the X-Y and rotational axes before placement on the PCB.

Prototyping and Production

The ability to prototype circuits in-house dramatically increases the rate at which engineers can design optimal PCBs. The Neoden 4 allows you to produce small runs of PCBs before committing to product designs. Then it will handle the large production runs as well.

Automatic PCB Feed System
Advances a board to the proper position and ejects the assembled PCB back to the user or out of the back of the machine straight into a conveyor or reflow oven.
Gantry Head with four Nozzles
Don't stop production to change nozzles, with four interchangable heads you can setup the Neoden 4 to handle all the component sizes you can throw at it.
